If I could have one wish, it would be that all women everywhere could feel comfortable in their bodies, happy and healthy in mind, body and spirit. I want to empower women to put their health first.
Many women struggle with anxiety, depression, bloating, weight gain, stress and burnout, self-worth. Women are constantly going through change. From the onset of puberty, women experience normal, as well as abnormal, hormonal fluctuations day to day. Think about that for a second. Even if everything is going “well/normal,” your hormones are in constant flux. It’s imperative to understand what your unique body is going through and how to support your mind and body.
This course integrates the ancient wisdom of Āyurveda and yoga with modern science. To prime you to feel you best, I will take you through:
- Āsana (the movement of yoga)
- Meditation
- Prāṇāyāma (using breath to move prana in the body)
- Workouts (Weight Workouts and HIIT Style with a strong focus on alignment)
- Diet
- Lifestyle
We will address common symptoms such as:
- Mood swings
- Weight gain
- Hot flashes (Vasomotor symptoms), (my personal favorite) night sweats
- Muscle loss
- Bone health
- Trouble concentrating
- Dryness in the body:
- Including vaginal dryness leaving you vulnerable to infections and discomfort
- Higher risk for CV disease

- Changes in skin elasticity/skin health (acne, etc.)
