Find shorter videos here for a quick fix. For a more in depth look at Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda please check out our assortment of Courses such as Breathing for Health and Performance, The Yamas and Niyamas, Yoga Nidra Package and Chair Yoga and Mudras.
We believe it is more accurate to classify videos as Foundational, Deepening Your Practice or Developing Mastery rather than Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. You may see these terms used to describe some of our videos. This is just to help you determine what might be appropriate for you on any given day.

Yin Yoga for Athletes
This series is meant to be a foundational series, meaning that it is appropriate for all levels of students but particularly helpful to the student new to Yin Yoga specifically.
In our “Deepen Your Practice and Developing Mastery” levels of Yin classes, there is usually less talking, a more meditative quality and we generally hold the poses for a longer period of time.
In this series, I will be talking more, giving more suggestions and variations for poses on how to keep your body safe and thriving, and we will be holding the poses for shorter amounts of time.
This series is meant to be used post workout/exercise or on a rest day.
These videos will all be around 20-30 minutes with a different focus for each class to leave you well rounded if you choose to rotate through all the classes. If you know you have an area that is tighter than another, you may choose to give priority to that video/focus.
As always, please reach out if you need any further assistance or help assessing yourself

(Medicinal Movement)
This series is meant to be a foundational series, meaning that it is appropriate for all levels of students. I don't go through alignment of poses. If you need instructions on how to keep your body safe and comfortable in the poses, please check out our Tutorials or seek out qualified instruction from us or someone you trust.
Think of this series as medicinal. These are not meant to be a workout or even to "advance" a yoga practice. These are meant to be movement based ways to help find relief from common physical and emotional symptoms that arise from imbalances such as bloating, anxiety, depression, etc.
You may find plenty of relief purely from movement. That is not the case for everyone. If you need further help, please reach out for an Āyurvedic Consult to dig into diet, lifestyle and herbs that are right for you and your current symptoms.
As always, please reach out if you need any further assistance or help assessing yourself.
Thank you for your patience as we get these videos uploaded!
