Dinacarya, or daily routines, is a foundational part of Āyurveda. This short course covers a few basic practices you can do at home to achieve increased vitality, health and performance.
Preventative Medicine
Dinacarya is a set of daily routines to support vitality, overall health and performance by connecting to nature's rhythms and balancing hormones and assisting the body in its natural detoxification process. Great care is given to the detoxification process and oral health to promote systemic health of the body.
This wise and ancient system of healing and longevity observed that disruption of routine and disconnection from nature's rhythms contribute to the manifestation of imbalance and disease in the body and mind.
Dinacarya can be used as a therapeutic tool to maintain a state of health and well being, as well as to aid the body back into a state of balance when we find ourselves in a state of dis-ease.
